But the attachment is shown as link in the mail for mobile app(Android) for some users. In Email Attachment settings the option selected is "Include as attachment up to Salesforce email size limit or as links if more". But the size of the attachment is only 9KB. Please suggest a solution for my issue. Thanks in advance.

To resolve the issue with email attachments appearing as links in the Salesforce mobile app for some users, ensure that the "Attach as files" option is selected in the Email Attachment settings. Also, check if the user's mobile app settings allow for downloading attachments instead of viewing them as links.
