Hello all! Here is the Summer '23 Release Feature Matrix.
For anyone new to it this release, this is a tool some of our Success Managers have used for several years so their customers could do an initial review, decide how they’re going to incorporate new features into their roadmap and assign features out to team members for further review and discussion.
A few caveats to be aware of:
- Please understand this document may contain errors and/or omissions. Always rely on the official release notes as your final reference. This version is based on the Preview Release Notes as of April 21, 2023.
- Keep an eye on the release notes changelog for updates.
- As always, please base any purchasing decisions on currently available functionality.
@Miral Patel - sorry for the delay in replying. Please see the answers to your questions below:
1. When something is marked True for Enabled for Admins/Developers does that mean it is been enforced?
No. It means it is available for Admins / Developers to enable / configure / activate it for the end Users
2. If something requires Admin Setup and we choose not set that up right now, it won't be enforced in Production right? As it requires admin intervention.
Correct.
3. With the Preview Mode in Sandbox, are all the features marked as True for Enabled for Users or Admins, currently on (turned on by SF already) and available for testing?
Only the True for Enabled for Users, not Admins.
