CDT Training - has anyone out there in non-profits designed and launched this type of training before?

We are looking to train our data ops team on CDT, this training does not come under the standard training plan budget with our implementation partner - if anyone else in non-profits can let me know who trained the CDT aspect for salesforce and what this training plan might entail? Thanks Dani
