we are using a Form Handler for registrations to an event, and we have set several completion actions with it. We are adding prospects to a list, adding to a CRM campaign, sending an autoresponder email, and we have a conditional parameter that if the prospect is not assigned, it will be assigned to a user. So far everything worked for each prospect that registered, but today one prospect was not added to the CRM Campaign. All the other completion actions were executed correctly. Do you know what could be the issue? We really cannot find a reason why he is the only one for whom this completion action wouldn't trigger.

@Jennifer Reeves no, it is actually not missing it and yes, we use connected campaigns. The basics seem to be covered, that's why we cannot figure out what could have gone wrong. It worked correctly for many other prospects
