ON a custom object I have 2 record types and 2 associated page layouts, let's call them Main and Mini (which shows an abbreviated list of fields). When I switch record types from Main to Mini, I still see Main. If I click on "Printable View" it does show the Mini page layout. Why can I not see the Mini view itself? #Awesome Salesforce Admin
