A/A+ Salesforce Tech Lead?

Hello there, (I am NOT a recruiter, but I am willing to help the recruiters to find the best professional to join our team)

I work remotely as a Solutions Architect (not focused on SF) for a growing and exciting company in Canada, and I am working together with the SF internal team to find an A+ Tech Lead that fits the culture and the skill level of the team. I, personally, find the position fascinating and wanted to share it with you folks here. 

We are reorganizing the current SSC solution and migrating it to FSC. C-Level has high expectation and is committed to make this Salesforce program a success.

• We are embracing FSC standard capabilities and standard data model and will be delivering a true customer-centric platform.
• We are reorganizing our internal SF team that today has a lot of talented, experienced and certified Salesforce developers and admins (They are fun to work with too)
• We are starting to set up the Salesforce CoE ;
• We are working on to have the #1 FSC implementation in Canada, regarding value to customer and business, code quality, maintainability. The bar is high!
