I am stuck on the "Action: Update the Account: Type field to Pending", I cant figure out how to properly update any of the 3 account type fields, did any one else have trouble with this?

@Erica Johnson - If you go to Setup - Object Manage - Account - Fields & Relationships - Type. Look under the Values section and ensure that Prospect, Customer, and Pending are all listed.
Then navigate to Approval Processes and follow the steps in the module to create and configure the process. If you use the Jump Start Wizard, it will guide you through the steps.
Have you already gotten through the initial setup of approval process using the Jump Start Wizard?
