I'm starting a new job as Product owner in Scrum for a Salesforce Implementation. I don't have any certificate but has been working with SF for 2 years. I want to know what is the best path for me...Business Analyst? Salesforce Consultor?

The BA cert is very high level and not useful - unless you want to learn to be a BA.
I would strongly recommend as a PO to focus on the functional consultant trails for your relevant clouds so you know what is feasible with standard Salesforce. I would then add on UX designer to connect the design-thinking approach to delivering desirable - as a lot of POs I work with miss the importance of efficient UX design.
