Quick question - we are getting ready to move a change set from QA to Production - Does the Production environment need to be shut down for the end users in the system for the deployment? I guess I am asking - can users use Production while we deploy the Change Set from QA?

Sorry I went in much details, in that case just deploy the changeset that's it.
