Time changing in importing data

Question

Hi there, I'm importing data using Inspector and Salesforce is adding 5 hours in a Date/Time field. How can I fix the import to obtain the correct time? Anyone can help me with this?

You can format the date and time as shown here  https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000385167&type=1   make sure to add the time zone as specified.   Please mark it as best answer if it helps

I found the solution in one of the articles shared inside your recommendation: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.dataLoader.meta/dataLoader/supported_data_types.htm   I solve it subtracting my Time Zone (-5:00) to the date/time field.   Thank you so much!
