Can we use child field value while creating a validation on Parent ?

Hi @Pankaj Dhandar,
It's possible but you have to create a lookup field for that child object in the parent object, the problem here is which child record will be populated in the parent record's lookup field. Because parent objects can have multiple child records but not the other way around.
