Best way to send order confirmation emails with detail lines?

We use quotes as our orders.

What we'd like to do is use a record triggered flow to send a confirmation email to our customer, along with the order / quote details when the quote hits certain criteria.

I'm having issues with the detail lines. It doesn't seem like there are many options outside of creating a Visualforce email template, but I'm confused how we'd trigger a Visualforce email template send from a record triggered flow.

I looked into Pardot, but looks like I cannot use the quote line item object.

Are flows / visualforce emails the right way to do this, or is there a better alternative? We want to use our company branding
