We're working on some changes. I need to transition us from a formula field (Opp Value) to a text field (Estimated Value) without losing the existing values. I want to pull the value from the formula field and put it in the text field, unless the formula field is blank. If it's blank, just input a zero or leave it blank, either is fine.
I'm terrible at formulas so I'm struggling.

Honestly I would just use Dataloader or Workbench. Exporting the Report or SOQL Quesry and uploading the data from the Formula Field into the next Text field should take maybe 10-15 minutes tops
