Sales have a need to view dashboard components that compare record creation (created date) month by month by year, ideally in bar, column or line charts. They wish to view the value (amount) of the records side by side by month/year. I cant seem to get this (simple) comparison with native reporting. Does anyone have a custom solution to this? I need to be able to group the months by calendar year and have them show side by side. This is needed for standard objects like Opportunities, Quotes and Orders.
