Hello, I'm brand new here! Issue with creating object

I created a custom object named "Offer" and I see it in object manager. When checking the challenge, I get the error: We could not find a custom object 'Offer__c'. I also don't see it when I search. Yet when I go to create an object named "Offer" it tells me that it's already in use. I'm confused and could use some direction. Thank you!
