Hi, we are using the slack swarming Beta Feature in our production. 1. since last week's message was generated on the slack channel when we begin swarming it not included the case number. the message Case | Record Name is restricted. the image is attached. how can we fix this issue?
2. view case button is not working and showing an error.

@HQ-TVLK-CXE Willy Chiandra this should now be fixed. I believe a fix was released last week. If you're still seeing this issue then try signing out and back in to the app and if it persists, you'll need to raise a ticket with support so they can troubleshoot.
