I am working on email to case...I configured the email to case and its working perfectly, we have requirement that once customer sends email to routing address, they need to get response mail saying case as been generated with case no.

 

To achieve this I tried using auto response rule, condition case origin as email, but sender email i am not able give my routing email address.

 

I want sender to be routing email address to maintain email thread in salesforce.

 

Did anyone face this kind of scenario and how do we resolve it?

    We normally use a no-reply email address for sending out auto responses.
