I am creating a new record type on Work Order. This new RT should be accessible to role A. But the hierarchy implemented of this role should not have access (because it is out of warranty business). I would like to disable the "grant access hierarchies" on Work Order.
The potential solution found are : - Change the role hierarchies (not in the scope because it is already on production) - Disable grant access hierarchies ==> Not checkable on work order Do you have any idea about a work around on that point without using public group?
I have opened a case to SF to know if it's possible to disable it but I have not so much hope on that.
