Since Salesforce will be retiring API versions 7 though 20 by June 1,2022, how do I update the managed packages in salesforce? Do i need to do both the "Pardot" and "b2bmaIntegration" packages?
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thank you all for your responses. I opened a case with Premier Support and it turns out that salesforce handles the upgrading of the pardot app and there is nothing to do on our side.
