How can we customize data storage ,file storage ,metadata type usage and apex class exceed limit notification in salesforce .
I am getting error while deploying the components if any of the limit exceed it is not allowing .
In that case I need to notify Admin if the stroage is less than 25 % ..I am not getting any object from salesforce where we can get it .Plesae help on that

You can retrieve/monitor data and file storage with a simple REST API call leveraging /services/data/v[version].0/limits, looking specifically at DataStorageMB and FileStorageMB.
