workflow has below criteria rule of formula type :
OR ( ISNEW() , ISCHANGED( Description ) )
when i try to migrate this WF rule it gives me an error of saying : We can’t migrate this workflow rule because it contains an unsupported formula..
But according to https://admin.salesforce.com/blog/2021/go-with-the-flow-whats-happening-with-workflow-rules-and-process-builder,
"Flow formulas support ISCHANGED(), ISNEW(), and PRIORVALUE()"
I am little confuse.

Eric Praud (Activ8 Solar Energies)ISNEW() cannot be added to an entry criteria as such, it can be added to a condition after the entry criteria though.
If you create a before trigger flow, you can mimic it by going with:
Id - Is null - $GlobalConstant.Fasle, but the migration tool will not do that for you
