Data Upload with Primary Affiliation and Household Account

Hi everyone! I are trying to figure out how to do data uploads in a way that works for our system. We primarily use Data Import Wizard, however we also have dataloader.io and Apsona. We usually upload from a CSV.

We want to upload contacts into SF, add them to a campaign, match their company name to "Primary Affiliation", and have SF automatically create the Account Name "Lastname Household" all in one data upload.

We usually do this in data import wizard: Add Accounts and Contacts: Match contact by email, Account by name and site (we don't use Account IDs), Create a Household Account, and assign contacts to a campaign. However, we can't figure out how to do an upload to have all 3 things (household account, campaign, and primary affiliation) work. Any ideas?
