I have completed the challenge as per instructions, however, I have received an error message that says: "Challenge not yet complete in Resilient Hawk Playground

We updated the shipping address in an account record, but we can’t find the new address values in each child contact’s mailing address. Make sure the process is active."

 

I went to check in the help center what could be a solution, and see if I have missed something. I found the youtube video that showed all the steps of the challenge, and after I verified the steps I did I found out that they are the same.

 

Could you please help in me in understanding what is wrong? I assume it's kind of a technical issue.
