I have recently realized that many donations that are a result of our online web donate form (Click & Pledge) are coming in to Salesforce as soft credits. This began happening on November 15, 2021. However, not all online donations come in as soft credits, but most of the recurring ones do. And some donations that I have manually entered are showing up this way as well. Can someone point me in the right direction for fixing this issue? I have contacted Click & Pledge and the issue is not on their side. Thanks!

I would try checking your Soft Credit Rollup settings under the NPSP Settings tab. Soft Credits are typically driven by the contact role on an opportunity, so if the donors are assigned one of these contact roles when listed on the Opportunity, that could be potentially included in the soft credit rollup: https://powerofus.force.com/s/article/NPSP-Soft-Cred-Match-Gift-Rollup
