Trying to build a validation rule that does not allow the close date to be updated for Renewal Opportunities when the stage is not Active or Negotiating.
Below is how I have it setup but it doesn't appear to be working.
Please advise.

That is not a valid RecordType.DeveloperName, the DeveloperName can never have blank spaces or special characters
The looks like a RecordType.Name
Also when you have a question about a Formula or Code, don't just post a picture of the Formula. Post the actual Formula or Code using the Insert Code Block button
