Hi Everyone
I have a user who has a Samsung S6 tab, android 11, but there are limited options, i.e. remotely I cannot see the menu option or edit navigation bar option. User only has 3 objects visible on his mobile app for Android. When we use the search bar we can find records from other objects but there is no central menu button/place to edit nav (only a settings button which does not contain edit nav). The user uninstalled & reinstalled the app from the play store, but no change.
Does anyone know a solution for this?
