if I remove items from the lightning app (so not become the default menu), will those items remain for existing users? I tried in a sandbox and has mixed results, some items are staying and some are removed, early guess for the one removed because the user never access that menu in the past, anyone know?
@Johan Yu, I do not think that looks like how it is. I think click doesn't matter. As long as the user never personalized his navigation bar, our removed admin default items will be removed from the default navigation bar (not the user's personalized navigation bar).
