We can’t find 'Adam Burke' and 'Martha Ortiz' in the Diabetes Education case team, or we can’t find the expected role for each team member.

I have made it through all of Challenge 5.  I am having difficulty setting up and adding the care team.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks, Mike
