Created a lightning flow for an Audit. Now i wanted to make the Remarks field mandatory when the Checkpoint Result is "No"
Checkpoint Result is a picklist field
Remarks is a text field

Eric Praud (Activ8 Solar Energies)The error is saying that Checkpoint_Result_1 is a text field, not picklist.
Also, you shouldn't use API names but the variable associated to this field.
If it's a flow screen field, use its variable, if it's actually a field, you'll first need a Get Record to grab all the fields from the record (where Id equals recordId) then use GetRecord>Remarks_1__c
