I have a report that is based on an object where customer visit records are entered. The report includes the "User", Account", "Visit Date" and "Visit Status".
The report is a matrix and is grouped by the "User" in the rows and the visit date as columns (ordered by week). So how can I get the weekly average of the visits made by these users? Do I need to generate a formula in the report or a field in the object to register this? Thank you very much for the help.
