A Salesforce org has 10 communities. Can a user who is registered to community A login to any other community hosted on the same instance?

As long as the base url is same browser support sharing of cookies and session which implies that a use who has access to two communities in same SF org can access both when he has logged-in in one of the community.  Also a network switcher can be implemented to achieve it.
