I have a custom object to submit approvals, inherited, so I'm figuring it out as I go. Requested to build new approval process. Looks like first criteria to be met is the only approval process to be evaluated. Is this true? Do I need a new record type for each new approval process? That looks like how things have been done so far.
I don't see a lot of info on the 'process order'. Thanks, g

Tom Bassett (Vera Solutions)Within Salesforce if you are calling a approval process from a process builder you can specify the exact approval process.
If you are calling an approval process from a submit for approval button then I agree with what you found elsewhere explaining how this works.
