I have a problem with a module.

Set Up Case Escalation and Entitlements/Create Support Processes

I did everything as described and created a Pat Stumuller case, but I get an error that the Pat Stumuller case cannot be found.

Does anyone had same problem??

once check your contact name properly if it is 'Stumuller Pat' or 'Pat Stumuller'.

@ Reddy Vineeth   Thank you for your reply. Somehow solved it! Idk why first name and last name of Ada and Pat are opposite on my Trailhead.   Thank you again.
