Love the mailer, but are starting the process of converting our users to the lightning experience.

Look around the support page and the power of us a bit and could not find notes on Soapbox Mailer and the Lightning Experience from post 2015.  https://support.picnet.net/hc/en-us/articles/114094068191-Is-Soapbox-Mailer-compatible-with-Salesforce-s-new-Lightning-Experience-

If we are looking to deploy Lightning but have a small number of users working with the mailer, is the suggestion still for those users to toggle back to the classic setup?

How should documents for email templates be handled with the conversion to files?

Thanks for the help.

Hi @Luke Hill and @Lizzy Roberts

! Great to hear you're enjoying Soapbox Mailer, and happy to lend a hand here. If you're living in a Lightning world now, I'd recommend following this support doc to help lend a little hand.

    https://support.picnet.net/hc/en-us/articles/115001459092-Preparing-Soapbox-Mailer-for-the-Lightning-Experience

As for documents like images that might be used in email bodies or templates, I'd recommend just storing them as Files and then referencing the File external URL. Or, just hosting them elsewhere, maybe in a location like your website host.

    Might that help a bit?

    Cheers,

    Ryan
