I'm having issues getting my Volunteer Reminder email alerts to work properly. I want to set up a time based workflow rule to email volunteers 5 days before their upcoming job shift.
What's the appropriate formula critieria for Volunteer Hours: Start Date? Today() - 5 is invalid. See: https://imgur.com/a/ZZ7MXFT

If you are using the workflow rule on the volunteer hour, you must set the email trigger to fire on start date -5.
