Unable to fully sync contacts using Mailchimp for Salesforce

When using Mailchimp for Salesforce, I have mapped all fields from Mailchimp to Salesforce using a single Audience (using the free version of Mailchimp). I have set up 4 queries, the filters of which match 4 Salesforce reports so that I can double check the contacts which sync across to Mailchimp, however several contacts are missing from Mailchimp. Any idea why?

    @Tanya Bortz​ Also:

    • check the status of the email addresses on the contacts. If they have warnings or bounce errors, or are misformed, the contact will not sync
    • I have only a single query synching to mailchimp, with no filters
