Uh oh, your NPSP v2 doesn't have a primary contact role designated on your opportunities, what do you do?

This is a common issue we've seen with upgrades, where the historical donations don't have a primary contact role assigned to the donor, which means that when you upgrade to NPSP3 the converter won't know who to set as the donor and will leave the donation connected to the old account, that's not good.
