Our organization has meticulously installed NPSP3 in our sandbox. To deploy it into production, it was suggested that change sets might be a quicker and easier way to get it into production with all the bits and pieces of configuration. Has anyone done this? Can you share a suggested list of components for the change set? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Thank you all so much for the feedback. What I am hearing now is that change sets are not a good answer at all because, if there is a managed package in the mix, the change sets are very limited in the customizations that they can bring over, including with regard to profiles.
