Muy interesante. I'm trying to think about ways in which Soapbox Mailer could assist in this use case. As of today, we don't have a way to include a cc in an email sent, but that's definitely a possibility. It could even be dynamic based on a formula field. However, every Soapbox Mailer email recipient is a Campaign Member. Hmm...
