Problem with importing with NPSP Data Import Template

The import process went smooth with a small trial batch of contacts I created, except the husband and wives aren't being put together in the same household from what I can tell. When I list view "contacts" in my org, and then click into a husband's record, shouldn't his wife be listed there since I put them on the same line in the NPSP Data Import template as Contact1 and Contact2?

    Yes, both of your posts describe what I would call normal outcomes. From a contact page you can’t see the other contacts in the household, unless you add a component specifically to show it. I think that’s possible and lightning. But it’s not possible with the standard page layout.
