how do I insert a "hard space" in Salesforce? For example when I put in the name Leigh Ann, I want SF to recognize it is the first name and not the first and last name.
Also, how do I get SF to recognize when I hit "return" in a field I want it to stay that way even in reports (so data on two lines instead of one)

Thanks Judi! The "Leigh Ann" issue stems from us splitting up contacts (we used to have husband and wife as one contact). All the people with two first names ended up with their 2nd first name as part of their last name. I'm not sure how the split was done since we had an outside company do it. They may have exported the data split it then imported it again. Is that a different process when getting SF to recognize names during an import? Thanks for the hard return info. I'll ask my data entry person about it again. I thought she said that was what she was doing.
