We have had email alerts that send an email to the Opportunity Team Sales Manager when a certain field is completed. These have been working fine, until yesterday when instead of being sent to the Opportunity Team Sales Manager, 5 opportunities sent the email to the sales manager of the person amending the record.
Does anyone know why this would have happened?
