When I click the 'Path Settings' in Setup, I get the following error msg. This happens in sandbox (not in production and not in sandboxes for other instances). Any ideas? thanks.

No, I still have the issue but it's a sandbox presently not used. I think a refresh might fix it, but that wouldn't solve your problem in production. Your best option is to log a case with Salesforce. Good if you could post the outcome here.
