Hi all, I am hoping someone can assist me with this as I don't seem to have found anything so far which would help me.
I am currently looking at setting up Gmail integration with Salesforce however I wanted to know if i could link a shared / group email and have individuals all link their accounts to this group / shared inbox.
We have a group / shared inbox which we would want users to access and been able to link this with Salesforce.
Can anyone advise?

@Magdalena Zatorska can you point me in the direction additional information for setting up using a Shared Folder in Outlook with the Salesforce Plug-in? We would like our users to be able to log emails from a shared mailbox (which as far as I know isn't supported) but logging them from a shared folder would work as well. When I was testing logging an email from the shared folder I was unsuccessful. Is it because of User Mapping? When I look at User Mapping in the "Outlook Integration and Sync" section of Setup, I see my name and the Exchange Email I'm using for testing.
