Setting up PRICE BOOKS via and IMPORT ?

Question

I have a .CSV spreadsheets containg Columns of : Model Number , Cost, Supplier Name , Selling Price , Product Description ( text )

How would I go about creating a PRICE BOOK in Salesforce. IS DATA LOADER better or will the IMPORT WIZARD work.

Is it possible and intuitive or is there something I need to watch out for.
