However, when I am in the Page Layout Editor, I cannot find "Lead Status" within Related List Tab.
Final goal is to use the historic values for a report.

Hello Everyone,
It seems that a setting is missing in the object field tracking. To rectify this, please navigate to Object Manager, select the respective object, and ensure that the "Field History Tracking" checkbox is checked.
This is likely why you are unable to locate the field history tracking in the related list.
