Hello everyone,
We have two companies but the process of both the companies are same, and I being asked to create another instance and mangers are expecting to be under the same SF account! Is it possible? or Do Ineed to purchase another license for the parent company?

Hi @Shrikant Samarth this will be mainly controlled by your org wide default sharing settings but you need to be careful how you configure them as it will effect every user. I would suggest setting it to private then creating sharing rules or using other sharing options to expand visibility where needed
