In anticipation of getting salesforce in our company i created a trailblazer account and did some research and training as well. Due to some exercises i created an salesforce login for a training organisation too.
Because of that our regional salesforce partner is now unable to register my email-adress to our company/organisation.
How to add our live organisation to my existing account/email adress?

In Vorfreude darauf, dass wir Salesforce bekommen habe ich einen Trailblazer Account angelegt und ein wenig rumgeschaut, sowie Übungen gemacht. Für einige Übungen habe ich auch einen Salesforce Account zu einer Training Organisation erstellt.
Aufgrund dieser Tatsache kann unser regionaler Umsetzungspartner meine E-Mailadresse aber nicht anlegen, da der Account bereits existiert. Wie kann unser Partner meinen Account hinzufügen, bzw. wie kann ich unsere live Organisation hinzufügen?

Salesforce usernames are unique globally. You cannot have the same username point to both your training org as well as production.
You will have to change your username on your training org to something different, or ask your partner to sign you up using a different username. Your username does not have to equal your email address, by the way. Most of my usernames are amnon+something@kruvi.co.uk, where +something can be any identifier I want for the org I'm logging in to.
