Automatically assign a queue as lead owner on Leads coming from web

How do I automatically assign a queue as lead owner on Leads coming from web(web-to-lead)? Can I do this on Assignment rules? If yes, what should I input? I tried to put <input type=hidden name="lead_source" value="Website"> on the Web-to-Lead generated form to make the lead source "Website" and then I made an Assignment Rule: Lead Source = Website: Assign to Channel queue. But it doesn't seem to be working. A helping hand is appreciated. Thanks!

    You are right, Lead Assignment Rules is one of the mnay solutions.

     

    Mostly likely the defines Criteria is not being satisfied, or the sort order is messing it up, and thats the reason the Assignment Rule is failing. 

     

    Post a screen shot of your Lead Assignment Rule.
