I'm able to send out the email from my System Admin account, but not from his account. I also asked another user to send out the email template and she encountered the same error.

We have the same error. Any help greatly appreciated. I checked all attachments and the html code. Nothing is different about this template than any others. There are no mail merge field errors. I am top admin and get the same error my users are getting. Please assist!
